Lucy Pargeter (born September 1, 1977 in Nottingham) is an English actress. She has appeared in Soldier Soldier, Dalziel and Pascoe, and played the role of Brenda in the film Anita and Me.
However, it is for her roles as Helen Raven in Crossroads (2002-2003) and Chastity Dingle, who she currently plays in the long running soap, Emmerdale (2002, 2003, 2005-) that she is best known for. Chastity Dingle is a loud-mouthed, in your face barmaid.
In 2006, she appeared in the reality singing competition Soapstar Superstar and finished in third place.
She has one daughter with fiancé Rudi Coleano: Lola Grace, born on June 29, 2005.
In 2007, Irish channel TV3 hosted the TV Now magazine awards. Lucy and fellow Dales actor Tom Lister won Best Couple for their portrayal of Chas and Carl.
Lucy trained at the Central Junior Television Workshop.
