Lucy McKenzie

Lucy McKenzie (born 1977, Glasgow, Scotland) is an artist based in Glasgow.

McKenzie studied for her BA at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in [1] Dundee from 1995-1999 and at Karlsruhe Kunstakademie [2] in Germany in 1998.

She has shown work in many exhibitions including “The Dictatorship of the Viewer” at the Venice Biennale [3], Becks Futures [4] 2000 in London, Manchester and Glasgow and “Happy Outsiders” at Zacheta Gallery [5] in Warsaw. She has exhibited internationally at galleries and museums including Tate Britain [6] in London, Kunsthalle Basel [7] in Switzerland and the Walker Art Center [8]in Minneapolis. She is represented by Cabinet in London and Daniel Buchholz [9] in Cologne.
