Lucky International Open
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Lucky International Open was a PGA Tour event that was played in the 1960s at Harding Park Golf Club, a public course in San Francisco across Lake Merced from the more glamourous Olympic Club. San Francisco native and long-time veteran, Ken Venturi, would win his 14th and last PGA Tour event here in 1966.[1] The deteriorating conditions and antiquated facilities at Harding Park caused the PGA Tour to leave at the end of the decade.
