Lucius Antonius (20 BC-25) was an ancient Roman, the first son to Iullus Antonius and Claudia Marcella Major. Lucius' younger siblings were Gaius Antonius and Iulla Antonia. His maternal half-siblings were Vipsania Marcella and Appuleia Varilla. He was born in Rome either in 20 BC or 19 BC and was raised there.

Lucius was the oldest grandson of Octavia Minor (sister of Emperor Augustus), oldest grandchild of Mark Antony, and grandson ofo Fulvia. Among his ancestors are Publius Cornelius Scipio Africanus Major who defeated Hannibal, his daughter Cornelia Africana, and her sons Tiberius Gracchus and Gaius Gracchus.

Around 2 BC, his father was charged by his great-uncle with adultery with Augustus' daughter Julia the Elder. Iullus was charged and sentenced to death, he may have committed suicide before hand. Augustus sent him into exile.

In exile he was treated honorably and was sent to Marseille, France. There he became a praetor and studied law, where he became a clerk. He was never married. Lucius died in 25. Lucius received a state funeral and was laid in the Tomb of the Octavii.
