Lucien Bouchardeau

Lucien Bouchardeau (born December 18, 1961) is a retired football referee from the African state of Niger. He is most known for have spoken with the press [1] after officiating the Chile-Italy match during the 1998 FIFA World Cup in France. He has also officiated matches at the 1997 Confederations Cup and the 1998 and 1996 African Cup of Nations.
