Lucie Charlebois (born July 14, 1959 in Coteau-Station, Quebec) is a Quebec politician and administrator. She is the current Member of National Assembly of Quebec for the riding of Soulanges in the Montérégie region. She represents the Quebec Liberal Party.

After studies at the Collège de Valleyfield, Charlebois worked at a golf and country club as a accounting manager and public relations officer from 1980 to 1988. She was then the president of Entreprises L.J.F a subsidiary of Naturo Spring Water in which she would later become the Sales supporting director for that company. She also involved in the local business being a member of the Valleyfield board of trade and a member of the Valleyfield businesswomen association network. She was also a churchwarden at the Coteau-du-Lac Fabrique.

Charlebois entered politics as a Liberal Candidate and was elected for Soulanges in 2003. She was re-elected in 2007. Since 2005 she is a Governmental Assistant whip to Normand MacMillan
