Lucasville-Minford Road is a 6 mile truck route that starts at the east end terminus of State Route 728 in Lucasville.
The posted speed limit from west to east is 45 mph until passing Blue Run Road where it becomes 55 mph. It is one of the area's most notorious roads for wrecks because of its windy, snake-like route, following Swauger Valley Road and White Gravel Road. The east end of the route ends at the intersection of State Route 335 and Bennett Road in Muletown. It is also the proposed route for the Portsmouth Bypass Freeway.
