Lucas Antonio Wilchez (born August 31, 1983 in La Plata) is an Argentine football midfielder currently playing for Estudiantes de La Plata.

Wilchez came through the Estudiantes youth system, he spent several years on loan to San Martín de San Juan and Club Atlético Tigre in the Argentine 2nd division before making his breakthrough into the Estudiantes first team squad in 2007, although he has mainly been used as a substitute.
