Lucas Dillon, 6th Viscount Dillon of Costello-Gallen (b. before 1640, d. 1682) was an Irish peer. He succeeded his cousin Thomas Dillon, 5th Viscount Dillon, in 1674. He died without issue in 1682, when he was succeeded by his second cousin Theobald Dillon.

He was a great-grandson of Theobald Dillon, Lord President of Connaught, for whom the title Viscount Dillon, of Costello-Gallen in the County of Mayo, was created in 1622. The title still exists in the Peerage of Ireland.

Lucas Dillon's father was Theobald, a son of Christopher, who was the eldest son of the 1st Viscount.

Lucas Dillon married the Lady Mary Mac Donnell, daughter of the 1st Earl of Antrim. The marriage was childless.
