Luca Antonini (born 4 August 1982 in Milan) is an Italian football midfielder and left back. He plays for AC Milan after his full rights were acquired from Empoli on the 8th June 2008.

Luca Antonini started his career at AC Milan. While he finished his youth (U-19 team) career at Milan, he was sent on loan to Padova, Prato (Serie C2) and Ancona (Serie B).
Serie A team Sampdoria bought half of the player's registration rights in summer 2003.
He made his Serie A debut on 13 December 2003 against Perugia.
Then we was sent on loan between 2004 to 2007, until AC Milan bought back him and re-sold half of the rights to Empoli where played UEFA Cup at the first time. He scored a debut goal against FC Zurich.
