Luancheng County(Chinese: 栾城县) is a county in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, PR China.

Luancheng is mostly a rural county, it neighbours the metropolitan Shijiazhuang city.

In 2004, some parts of Luancheng County was moved to the administration of Shijiazhuang, because Shijiazhuang is undergoing rapid development and its current geographical size doesn't meet the demands.
