Lu Wan

Lu Wan (traditional Chinese: 盧绾; simplified Chinese: ), was born in Pei (present Pei County in Jiangsu Province).

Lu Wan was once the friend of future Chinese emperor Liu Bang, and helped him to defeat their enemy Xiang Yu. After the establishment of the Han Dynasty, he was inaugurated as the King of Yan (state) (it is not the same Yan in the Warring States Period, but generally covered the same region).

When another general,Han Xin revolted against the Han court but failed to be executed, he became feared about his future and decided to rebel, but his force could not match the Han, and he fled to Xiongnu and died there.
