Image:Lt Roger C Terry.jpg

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This is a slightly cropped image of Second Lieutenant Roger C. Terry, USAAF, one of the participants in the Freeman Field Mutiny in 1945 and the only one to be convicted of an offense. The original digital image is found at [1], the press page of a web site about Silver Wings and Civil Rights: The Fight to Fly, a documentary film about the Tuskegee Airmen. It is apparent from the context in which the image appears that it is available for public use as part of the film's promotion. But because it comes from Mr. Terry's personal collection, I am giving it a "CopyrightedFreeUseProvidedThat..." tag instead of a "Promo" tag. Here is the information on the image as it appears on the press page:

Caption (optional): Roger Terry was the only individual convicted of a crime in the infamous Freeman Field Mutiny. Following a dramatic court-martial proceeding, Terry was charged with offering violence to a base officer and was fined $150.
