Description

LS-tectonite from the Paraiba do Sul Shear Zone (Brazil). Foliation and lineation are done by flattened and stretched (ellipsoidals) feldspar, amphibole and orthopyroxene porphiroclasts. The lineation lies in the plane of foliation. Picture taken perpendicular to S-plane
