[edit] James Kaywakla

I think the James Kaywakla accounts in this article are from Eve Ball's book also mentioned here, but I don't have the book so I can't be sure. Could somebody please confirm this or give another source for the Kaywakla quotes.. Anshelm 09:20, 26 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Time of Lozen's birth?

The article now has two contradicting statements:

"She was born into the Chihenne band during the late 1840's." "Lozen began fighting Mexican soldiers and scalp hunters, eternal enemies of her band, when she came of age in the 1840s..." Anshelm 09:21, 26 July 2006 (UTC)

Good point. I'll see what I can find on this. Efrafra (talk) 04:13, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Black Hills or Black Hill?

Does anyone know if the said tribal lands (see "Victorio's campains" section)were in the Black Hills in Arizona or actually the land around Black Mountain, as in Black Mountain (Black Mountain quad, New Mexico)? I'm assuming it's the later, which I've put for now. Efrafra (talk) 04:19, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
