Lozovo (Macedonian: Лозово) is a municipality in eastern Republic of Macedonia. Lozovo is also the name of the village where the municipal seat is found. Lozovo municipality is part of Eastern statistical region.

The municipality borders Sveti Nikole municipality in the north, Štip municipality in the east, Veles municipality in the west and Gradsko municipality in the south.
