Loxstedt is the name of a railway station on the Bremerhaven-Bremen line in northwestern Germany. The station is situated in the town of Loxstedt, in the Cuxhaven district of Lower Saxony.
The station was opened in 1847 as part of the Bremen to Wulsdorf railway line. In 1966, the railway line was electrified.

RegionalBahn trains from Bremerhaven to Bremen call at the station. It features a park and ride facility and a bus stop. Park and ride facilities were added in the 1990s and 2000s, the station is supposed to undergo further remodeling, including raising the platforms, for the Bremen S-Bahn scheme. Access to the platforms is currently provided by a level crossing on the southern side of the station.
