[edit] Style and understanding

This sounds like it comes directly from a book or magazine article written by a U.S. author. While I don't mind at all if a U.S. author writes a book using "book style" and U.S.-specific terminology, this is the "English language Wikipedia". The English language is spoken by many more people outside the U.S. than inside, so it should not include terminology that people outside the U.S. do not understand without explanation. Things such as sophomore and major. So please, at least make it "English neutral" and at least give links to U.S.-specific terminology. But... still... any article that sounds like a book or magazine article to me and does not contain many wikilinks may be even worse than that... see Wikipedia:Copyright violations. This article sounds to me like it's a direct copy from some book or magazine. wjmt (talk) 02:20, 29 November 2007 (UTC)

I just read "In Cold Blood" and I'm pretty sure that this entry sounds like a direct paraphrasing of the portions of the book that concern Andrews; perhaps that's why it sounds like it was written by a U.S. author, namely, Truman Capote. Sarichkaa (talk) 03:45, 30 December 2007 (UTC)
