Lower Kinnerton is a village and civil parish in Chester District, Cheshire, situated on the border between England and Wales. The village is located south of Broughton and to the north west of the parish village of Dodleston. The neighbouring village of Higher Kinnerton is across the border in Flintshire.
The population was 97 in 1801, 94 in 1851, 127 in 1901 and 142 in 1951.[1]
