Lowenstein Sandler P.C. is a major corporate law firm with its offices in Roseland, New Jersey, New York City and Boston. The firm is one of the largest firms in New Jersey (the largest being McCarter & English). An AmLaw 200 firm with over 270 attorneys, Lowenstein Sandler represents public and private companies, financial institutions, investors, entrepreneurs, universities, and private clients in corporate and litigation matters throughout the country. The firm was founded in 1961.
