Lowell Fulsom was an American blues musician. He was born in 1921 on a Choctaw tribe reservation in Oklahoma and died in Long Beach, California on March 6, 1999. His song "Tramp" reached #5 on the R & B charts in 1967 and was later featured on the breakbeat compilation Ultimate Breaks and Beats.
