Lowell Elementary School is a public elementary school in the Seattle School District. The Lowell mascot is a dragon. Lowell houses the APP (Accelerated Progress Program) as well as the Special Education Program for the Seattle Schools. It is located at 1058 E Mercer St. in Seattle, on Capitol Hill.[1][2][3]
