[edit] Copyright on Wikipedia

If you worried/intimidated by the long templated messages above don't be. Basically content on Wikipedia is released under a free license which allows others to use it for whatever purpose they want if they are willing to follow a few conditions - such as attribution. This means that text the copied directly from non-free sources is not allowed - for more information see Wikipedia:Copyrights. Good luck creating any future articles a good starting point would be to read Wikipedia:Your first article which has a lot of helpful advise. For general help on using and editing Wikipedia see WP:HELP or feel free to contact me on my talk page. Happy editing, Guest9999 (talk) 16:32, 4 June 2008 (UTC)
