There is small civil airport in the point, where "Lovozero Air base" is located on Google map. One An-2 aircraft is located in this airport. Regular flights to Krasnoschelye ( 67°21'1.98"N 37° 2'1.88"E on Google map) once a week and to Kanevka ( 67° 8'7.50"N 39°39'14.57"E) and Sosnovka ( 66°30'13.79"N 40°34'22.10"E) once in two weeks. It's only way to reach these points in summer. Also irregular (charter) flights for commertial and goverment needs.
No military air base is in this point now. It's possible, that in 1980th helicopters was based in this airport, but scarcely it was military helicopters. Anyhow airport building is typical building of civil airport. And it's builded in 1970th.
All the information based on my impession of this airport, where I was several times in last ten years.
