This I don't get:

German city of Moscow. - my military history isn't good. Was Moscow part German or...Casliber (talk · contribs) 19:49, 12 March 2008 (UTC)

That would be the fault of my English. But I suppose one could say Moscow part German; during this period, the Western foreigners of Moscow (both Germans and others) lived in their own area or "city" within Moscow, called "German Town" or "German Suburb".--Aciram (talk) 13:06, 13 March 2008 (UTC)
