"Love It When You Call" was the fourth single from The Feeling taken from their debut album Twelve Stops and Home. It was released on November 20, 2006. The song peaked at #18 on the UK Singles Chart, becoming their fourth Top 20 single.

The song appears to be about someone whom the protagonist is attracted to. The protagonist tells this person that they love it when they call them (i.e. speak to them), but that this never happens anymore. It also seems that the protagonist longs to return to a time when they would be good friends and speak regularly, but that the person in question now ignores them because they've found a new "best-time buddy" and have left the protagonist behind.

The Feeling played this song live for Children in Need 2006. They also performed it as part of the BBC One New Year's Eve 2006 celebrations and at the Concert for Diana. An edited version of the song also appeared in the 2007 film Good Luck Chuck. It was also used in the advertisement for The Life of Brian on E4 (UK) as background music.

The video for the song (based on the film Casino) features the band dressed both as gangsters and FBI agents. One member of the gangsters makes a deal with the FBI, leading to a shoot-out at the end of the video.

It is common belief that the track samples Queen's classic One Vision in the introduction, which also features on the soundtrack for Grand Theft Auto IV and the movie Iron Eagle.
