"Love Can Move Mountains" is a song from Céline Dion's 1992 album, called simply Celine Dion. It was released on November 2, 1992 worldwide. "Love Can Move Mountains" was the fourth single in the United States, Canada and Japan, and the third in the rest of the world.

"Love Can Move Mountains" was written by Diane Warren and produced by Ric Wake.

The B-side included an unreleased track called "Cry Just a Little," a cover of E. G. Daily's 1989 song. It's the second cover of E. G. Daily that Céline Dion recorded (in 1987 she did a French adaptation of "Love in the Shadows," named "Délivre-moi").

"Love Can Move Mountains" was remixed by Tommy Musto (Tommy Musto's 7" edit, club mix, underground vocal mix, underground instrumental, club dub, underground dub), Ric Wake and Richie Jones (Wake & Jones dub), and by Daniel Abraham (Daniel Abraham's 7" edit).

"Love Can Move Mountains" (club mix) won a Juno Award for the Best Dance Recording in 1993.

The music video was made for the Daniel Abraham's 7" edit, by director Jeb Brian and released in November 1992. It appeared on Céline Dion's DVD video collection All the Way… A Decade of Song & Video (2001).

The single was included also on Dion's greatest hits album All the Way… A Decade of Song, released in 1999.

A live version of "Love Can Move Mountains" can be found on the 1994 À L'Olympia CD. Dion performed this song also five nights a week during her show A New Day... at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas. "Love Can Move Mountains" was a part of every Dion's tour, including the latest Taking Chances Tour.

Céline Dion re-recorded "Love Can Move Mountains," with a gospel group God's Property, in 1998 for the soundtrack of the popular CBS-TV drama Touched by an Angel. She also appeared as herself on one episode of the series, titled Psalm 151, and performed the song.

"Love Can Move Mountains" was a hit on the club charts in the U.S., reaching #3 on the Hot Dance Singles Sales and #5 on the Hot Dance Club Play. It was Dion's debut on these charts. The single hit also top ten in Canada (#8) and reached #36 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the U.S (#35 on the Billboard Hot 100 Airplay). It enjoyed a moderate success in the rest of the world. According to Nielsen SoundScan the single sold 56,000 copies in the U.S.
