Love, Need and Want You is a 1983 hit song from Patti LaBelle from her album "I'm In Love Again".

In 2002, rapper Nelly and former Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland recorded their Grammy award winning duet, "Dilemma". "Dilemma" It is based melodically on "Love, Need and Want You" and also contains lyrical elements of the song. Patti LaBelle also appears in the video. When performing "Dilemma", Kelly Rowland often performs the hook and chorus to "Love, Need and Want You" when Nelly is not present.
