[edit] Bashford Manor

The reason why I included Bashford Manor Mall was in case we ever wanted to do one, even through it is, as you say, defunct. heck, I was even at that Wal-mart today.--Bedford 01:59, 7 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Summit and other shopping areas

Would the Summit Of Louisville be a mall? 4.252.230.100

I wouldn't include it, as it's not enclosed, but if someone wanted to argue that it counts as one, I'd listen to them. There might be a couple of other shopping centers worth including: Youngstown, Dixie Manor, Southland Terrace, and of course the Summit.--Bedford 18:27, 7 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Lyles

I have never ever heard of Lyles Mall, and I have lived in the area all my life.--Bedford 02:44, 8 October 2006 (UTC)

Lyles Mall is at 26th and Broadway in the West End. Chris24 02:51, 8 October 2006 (UTC)
Lyles Mall is just offices, it's way too small to count as a mall in my opinion. I don't think it was ever actually a mall. TenPoundHammer 17:29, 18 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Green Tree Mall

Where did this article go? Did someone delete it? I've been too busy to pay attention.--Bedford 22:41, 15 December 2006 (UTC)

I was sort of away for awhile myself. But I do believe there was a recent (fanatical, IMHO) movement to delete some mall articles. Green Tree could have been one of the victims. I guess it would be OK to recreate it as long as its notability can be clearly established. Stevie is the man! TalkWork 00:13, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
That's one of the problems. I did more to denote its notability than is in the other Louisville mall articles, but it was the only one deleted.--Bedford 01:55, 16 December 2006 (UTC)
Green Tree Mall wasn't deleted, it just got moved to a user listing. I redirected it on the template. TenPoundHammer 17:29, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
I don't think that article templates are supposed to link to user space. Stevie is the man! TalkWork 17:49, 18 February 2007 (UTC)

At any rate, I moved it back to the article namespace. It was basically deleted as an admin was on a tear deleting a lot of mall articles as "spam". --W.marsh 16:22, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
