[edit] Removal of sourced content and addition of unsourced opinions
I've tried talking to get some sort of conversation started with Ciotech/Onerher on their talk page(s), but he/she doesn't seem to want to discuss his/her edits. Repeatedly removing cited material while replacing it with uncited opinions is not acceptable, especially while refusing to engage in any discussion. --Onorem♠Dil 13:49, 1 August 2007 (UTC)

- Is the Sister-in-Law of Sylvia Morales a Television Director who has worked at KCET and her brother actor Esai Morales who has also appeared on KCET and was cast in the film The Virgin of Juarez. (from the first line of text.)
This article is about Lourdes Portillo. Information about other people should NOT be included in the lead before other important information about the subject of the article. From WP:LEAD, "The lead should be capable of standing alone as a concise overview of the article, establishing context, summarizing the most important points, explaining why the subject is interesting or notable, and briefly describing its notable controversies, if there are any."
Her in-laws being Sylvia and Esai Morales don't establish context or summarize the most important points explaining why Lourdes Portillo is notable.
If you want to add the additional information back in, put it further down and add a citation.
- well known
- Although she is criticized by other Film-Makers for her portrayal of Women as either weak victims or her comical perspective of their strengths, she is considered a much better Film-Maker than her Sister-In-Law Sylvia Morales.
Just unsourced opinions. Attribute them to someone if you want to put them back into the article. Well known to who? What other filmmakers? Who considers her "much better" than her Sylvia?
That's it. That's the changes I made and the reasons I made them. Please reply here instead of just reverting me again. --Onorem♠Dil 13:49, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
