Were any of the skits on the infamous Louise Lasser show rehashed and redone, with different actors, for showing on other episodes?

It appears that using the same material over a second time (or even a third time) with other, more competent actors would represent a major cost-saving measure for the production budget, which ought to be an omnipresent factor no matter how you look at it.

[edit] banned?

I've always been doubtful about the labeling of certain performers as "banned" from SNL as if, in the course of events, someone who hosted SNL once would otherwise automatically return, ignoring the reality that most SNL hosts are one-time only anyway. It seems very silly and gossipy. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Robcat2075 (talkcontribs) 19:16, 16 September 2007 (UTC)
