[edit] Died?

The only confirmation I can find of this is IMDb. Nothing in Google (web, news, groups), A9, the NY Times hasn't updated its page on her. I find it very difficult to believe an oscar winning actress can die with absolutely no coverage anywhere. I think we should remove her death date until we can find better confirmation than IMDb. -- Finlay McWalter | Talk 13:34, August 29, 2005 (UTC)

I also checked the Las Vegas news pages as linked by google (since the imdb source says she died in Las Vegas) and there is nothing. --Syrthiss 18:02, August 29, 2005 (UTC)
It was a mixup. An author named Louise Goodman Fletcher died, and IMDb accidentally updated the wrong profile. --Fallout boy 06:56, 1 September 2005 (UTC)
Ah ha !! The truth at last. JackofOz 07:22, 1 September 2005 (UTC)

More on this. She now has a Premature Obituaries template. I'm going to remove this because as far as I can tell there has never been an obituary written about her. IMDB stated she was dead, then corrected it. That's all. JackofOz 22:26, 21 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Fixed Links

I fixed some of the links in the Career section so that they would go directly to the movie page and not to related pages or disambiguation pages. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 216.82.180.24 (talk) 20:04, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
