[edit] Disambiguation link repair: You can help!
Near the end of the second paragraph, it mentions "Valence". Does this mean Valence, Drôme, known in Roman times as Valentia? Or does it mean some other place -- there are several places in France called Valence. Please change the link to point to the specific, correct place. Thanks. --Coppertwig 16:43, 31 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Germany?
I strongly question the inclusion of this article in the "Germany" project. While modern state boundaries have only marginal application to the early Middle Ages, Louis the Blind's political career was focused on areas outside of the German regnum (Provence, N Italy, Burgundy); the only possible association is through the Lombard Italian kingdom (which he claimed but never could hold), which eventually was brought under Saxon control in the 950s. I'd buy putting him within the "Project:France" rubric, perhaps, but Germany? Don't think so... SGilsdorf 16:05, 12 June 2007 (UTC)
