Talk:Louis Sauer
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I have started this page because I love the wiki concept, and I thought I'd experiment to see if it works for 'kicking off' a biography and discussion of Lou's work.
As his wife, I don't want to be his 'biographer' (slight bias problem). But it seems a shame that young students studying architecture have such poor access to information on the web of architects of his generation and achievement.
Rather than trying to write something that is the final word, I really do hope that others more knowledgable or erudite will take what I've begun and perhaps massage it into something more scholarly or at least interesting.
Lou might enjoy reading comments or insertions. Yvonnert 01:04, 18 January 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Moving some sections here before integrating
- Many of the sections are over-long and/or do not have enough background information to allow a reader to appreciate them in proper context. Moving them here while we sort this out....
