[edit] Not technically any regional cuisine

I am trying to limit this to the category of Cantonese cuisine because that is where it started. It is available in many parts of the world, so I can't just put it in HK cuisine or Canadian cuisine etc. Benjwong 15:15, 10 August 2007 (UTC)

The categories are not mutually exclusive and isn't HK part of the Cantonese region? So it's no problem to put it in both if it's acknowledged to be a prominent part of the cuisines of both Guangdong and HK. Badagnani 21:25, 10 August 2007 (UTC)
