Lousaka Romon Polite (born September 14, 1981) is an American football fullback who currently plays for the Chicago Bears of the National Football League. He was originally signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2004. He played collegiately at Pittsburgh.

Polite attended the University of Pittsburgh. There he became the first three-year captain in Pitt history and a four-year starter at fullback. Polite also saw action at runningback, but had minimal success at that position.
