Louisiana Highway 78 (LA 78) is a state highway in Louisiana. It spans north/south for 7.6 miles through Pointe Coupee Parish. It is part of the main route take by those traveling between Livonia and New Roads. The portion of the road between Frisco, Louisiana and Louisiana Highway 1 is known locally as Parlange Lane.

LA 78 starts at the junction of US 190 and Louisiana Highway 411 in Livonia and heads north. It continues northward out of Livonia near milepost 1.7. It intersects Louisiana Highway 979 just north of the Frisco Bridge near milepost 3.0. The road turns left (north) and goes through agricultural areas before ending at LA 1 and False River, near Parlange Plantation.
