Louisiana Highway 76 (LA 76) is an east-west route in southeastern Louisiana.

LA 76 passes through Iberville and West Baton Rouge Parishes and runs from Louisiana Highway 77 in Maringouin to Louisiana Highway 1 in Port Allen. From the junction with Louisiana Highway 3000 near Ramah to Louisiana Highway 415 near Port Allen High School, the two lane highway is known locally as Rosedale Road. From the junction of LA 76, Louisiana Highway 415, and Louisiana Highway 986, it overlaps with Louisiana Highway 415 southward until it turns eastward along Court Street in Port Allen to its terminus at Highway 1.
