Louisiana Highway 626 (LA 626) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves St. Charles Parish. Better known as St. Rose Avenue, it spans 2.56 miles from south to north.

LA 626 is a connector road that runs from LA 48 (River Road) northward to US 61 (Airline Highway). It passes under (but does not connect to) I-310.
LA 626 is an undivided, two-lane highway for its entire length.
