Louisiana Highway 625 (LA 625) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves St. Bernard Parish. It spans 0.25 miles in an west to east direction and is known locally as Maple Street.

LA 625 is a short route that provides automobile access to the part of Yscloskey northwest of Bayou Laloutre and Bayou Yscloskey. From the west, it begins at an intersection with LA 46 (Florissant Highway) and crosses Bayou Laloutre before turning eastward toward Bayou Yscloskey. It ends state Maintenance 0.08 miles northwest of Couture Street.
LA 625 is an undivided, two lane highway for its entire length.
