Louisiana Highway 574-1 (LA 574-1) is a member of the LA 574-x collection of eight very short state highways in Louisiana that serve Jefferson Parish and the town of Grand Isle. LA 574-1 spans 0.60 miles from south to north and is known as Central Avenue.

LA 574-1, while in the Grand Isle city limits, is actually on Cheniere Caminada, the last part of the mainland before the bridge to Grand Isle. Ending at dead ends in both directions, it crosses LA 1 immediately before the bridge over Caminada Bay.
LA 574-1 is an undivided, two-lane roadway for its entire length.
