Louisiana Highway 541 (LA 541) is a state highway that serves Jefferson Parish. LA 541 is commonly referred to as River Road and Labauve Drive. It spans 9.75 miles in a west to east direction.

From the west, LA 541 begins at an intersection with LA 18 in Avondale and runs northerly toward the Mississippi River and Bridge City. It passes Avondale Shipyards and becomes River Road, ultimately passing under the Huey P. Long Bridge. It rejoins and shares River Road with LA 18 in Westwego. It then continues eastward to its end at LA 18 just before the Harvey Canal in Harvey.
LA 541 is an undivided, two-lane highway for its entire length.
