Louisiana Highway 426 (LA 426) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves East Baton Rouge Parish. It spans 7.41 miles in a west to east direction. It is known locally as Old Hammond Highway.

From the west, LA 426 begins at an intersection with LA 73 (Jefferson Highway) in Baton Rouge. It heads easterly and intersects LA 1068 (Drusilla Lane) before meeting US 61 (Airline Highway). LA 426 continues eastward and intersects LA 3245) (O'Neal Lane/O'Neal Lane Extension) before coming to an end at US 190 (Florida Boulevard) just west of the Amite River.

LA 426 is an undivided, four lane highway from LA 73 (Jefferson Highway) to US 61 (Airline Highway). It then narrows to an undivided, two lane highway (with the exception of a brief portion near LA 3245 (O'Neal Lane/O'Neal Lane Extension) -- which is an undivided, five lane highway (with a middle turning lane)) until its terminus at US 190 (Florida Boulevard).
