Louisiana Highway 416 (LA 416) is a state highway in Louisiana. It spans east/west for 7.0 miles.

LA 416 begins at an intersection with LA 415 in Pointe Coupee Parish, and heads due west approximately 2.0 miles where it intersects LA 982. It continues west 2.4 miles where it intersects LA 983. It continues another 0.8 miles where it intersects LA 413. The road continues west another 1.8 miles where it ends at a "T" intersection with LA-1.
The speed limit is 45 miles per hour on all of LA 416.
