Louisiana Highway 3218 (LA 3218) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Madison Parish. It spans 2.29 miles in a west to east direction.

LA 3218 follows the former route of US 80 eastward from its current junction with Interstate 20 to the Mississippi River. US 80 now crosses the Mississippi River into Mississippi via the Vicksburg Bridge with I-20. The route runs through the tiny town of Delta and ends at the foot of the Old Vicksburg Bridge (which is now closed to vehicular traffic).
LA 3218 is an undivided, two lane highway for its entirety.
