Louisiana Highway 3193 (LA 3193) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves St. James Parish. It spans 1.62 miles in a south to north direction. It is known locally as Lutcher Avenue and 1st Street.

LA 3193 begins as Lutcher Avenue from an intersection LA 44 and heads north through downtown Lutcher. After intersecting LA 641 (Main Street), LA 3193 becomes 1st Street. Continuing northward, the roadway divides about 0.3 miles south of its northern terminus at LA 3125.
With the exception of the northermost 0.3 miles, LA 3193 is an undivided, two-lane highway for its entirety.
