Louisiana Highway 3158 (LA 3158) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Tangipahoa Parish. It spans 2.27 miles in a south to north direction. It is known locally as South Airport Road and Booker Road.

LA 3158 begins at a diamond interchange with I-12 (Exit 43). It heads north and intersects LA 1067 (Old Covington Road) and ends at US 190 just east of Hammond and south of the Hammond Municipal Airport.
LA 3158 is an undivided, two lane highway for its entire length.
