Louisiana Highway 3151 (LA 3151) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves Jefferson Parish. It is 1.14 miles long and spans in a west to east direction. It is known locally as Humble Road.

From the west, LA 3151 begins at an intersection with LA 1 in Grand Isle. It runs north of and parallel to LA 1 and ends at another junction with the same highway a little more than a mile away (very near its southern terminus).
LA 3151 is an undivided, two-lane road for its entire length.
