Louisiana Highway 3034 (LA 3034) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves East Baton Rouge Parish. It spans 3.53 miles in a west to east direction. It is known locally as Sullivan Road, Wax Road, and Magnolia Bridge Road.

From the west, LA 3034 begins at an intersection with LA 408 (Hooper Road) in Greenwell Springs. It heads southerly along Sullivan Road before turning eastward at Wax Road. LA 3034 transitions onto Magnolia Bridge Road before coming to an end at an intersection with LA 64 and LA 37 (Greenwell Springs Road) just west of the Amite River.
With the exception of a brief half-mile stretch just east of Sullivan Road (which is an undivided, three-lane (with a middle turning lane) highway), LA 3034 is an undivided, two-lane highway.
