Louisiana Highway 13 (LA 13) is a state highway in Vermilion Parish, Acadia Parish, and Evangeline Parish. It spans 64.04 miles.

From the south, LA 13 begins at a junction with LA 14 just west of Kaplan and heads due north. LA 13 intersects LA 92, U.S. Route 90, and Interstate 10 in Crowley. LA 13 then intersects U.S. Route 190, LA 91, and LA 29 in Eunice. LA 13 then intersects LA 104 and LA 10 in Mamou. The highway then runs through Pine Prairie and Turkey Creek before ending at an intersection with U.S. Route 167.
